How To Become Prosperous And Stay That Way (Part 4)

This is part four in my prosperity articles. This series is making out to be a long one but if people are getting any good advice out of it then it is worth it. For the most part affiliate marketing is how I put these into practice but they can be used no matter how your financial marketing works. I hope you will come back frequently to look at my newly published articles and I would hope you would tell you friends about them.

1. Religion Doesn?t Matter
Some people might think that religion comes into play as soon as you mention the word faith. Well faith doesn?t have to do at all with religion. It doesn?t matter what religion you are a part of. For that fact you don?t even have to believe in religion to have faith. The only thing you have to believe is that you will get the results you?re looking for. So as long as your faith is focused and not divided then it can be there and help anyone.

2. Using Your Faith
If you decide that you want something then you have to decide that you?re going to get it. You have to believe in yourself. You can?t let other people sway your decisions. Once you put a plan in place you can?t sway from it in any negative manner no matter what. If there?s a positive sway that?s okay because it will reinforce your faith. Faith isn?t something that you can have more or less of but rather it?s determined on whether you decide to use it or not. It?s kind of like an all or nothing situation.

3. The Building Of Faith
So imagine you are connected to what you want through some sort of imaginary pipe. Now the energy that you send through that pipe will determine the level of faith. It took me a long time to find that pipe but once I did my affiliate marketing increased 10 fold. It sis this because I believed in my faith. This can work for almost anything. However don?t kid yourself into believing that faith is going to win a lottery or something like that for you because for faith to have merit it has to be something that you have some control over.

4. Faith And Prosperity
So it doesn?t matter what you are doing as long as you have faith. If you hate the job you are in now then it?s impossible to have faith thus it?s impossible to succeed at it. You have to keep looking until you find the right thing. It took me 9 years to find out what I wanted to do until I found affiliate marketing and now by having faith i8n the program and myself no one can take it away from me. I knew the money was there and all I had to do was go and work for it. That pretty powerful if you think about it. And that was the final source of my greatest prosperity.

This is part five in my series on prosperity. I practice these principles in my affiliate marketing endeavors and real life. Some of these may be relevant to you while others will not be. Creating wealth in people?s lives is usually at the top of the list of their endeavors. Using your mind to help you do this can be a very powerful factor in life. Basically what you want to do is trick your mind into believing you can get what you want in business and life.

1. Be Thankful For What You Already Have

If you are thankful for what you have and look at the cup as half full instead of half empty then you will easily bring more money into your life. Instead of ignoring the fact that you get a paycheck because you get one every two weeks you should be thankful that you got it. This is money that?s flowing into your life. If you compare yourself to over 80 percent of the people in the world you are probably in the top twenty for being wealthy. That is something to definitely be thankful for.

2. You Have To Believe That You Are Rich

For most of us it?s not going to hurt to live a little higher in life. I am not suggesting that you don?t pay your bills and spend your money stupidly. What I am suggesting is that you trick your brain into thinking you are already rich. Next time you go out to eat have steak instead of hamburger, stay at slightly more expensive hotels on your next vacation. For the most part you should buy the things you want in life and as long as you believe and work hard the money will come for it.

3. Doesn?t Matter If It?s A Penny Or A Hundred Dollars

Are you willing to put in the effort to make the money? I put in tons of effort into my online marketing. Some days I only make one penny with my adsense campaign but I look at it as a penny more then I had the day before. I know I?m worth a lot more but every penny to me is a million bucks. I believed I could earn on line and I did.

The difference between rich and poor is that he rich are willing to work hard and take chances. 5. Make Sure You Enjoy What You Are Doing

New England residents have turned to relatively cheap, clean burning gas to heat and cool their homes. Total U.S. residential energy consumption is projected to increase 17 percent from 1995 - 2015. 10 years ago, the price of natural gas was hovering at an affordable $2.50 per unit (MMBTU). Today, many residents of the Northeast are feeling the pinch as prices have leaped upwards of $8, and they are looking for solutions to take the bite out of those rising heating bills in the winter and air conditioning costs in the summer. Popular home heating and cooling cost reduction recommendations include:
1) Install a tankless gas water heater: For households of less than 4 people with a centralized node for plumbing, high-capacity gas water heaters are one of the largest offenders of natural gas waste. Even the best insulated water heaters have to run constantly on cold days to heat water that may not even be used. Tankless heaters heat what you need, when you need it, providing enough hot water to run a 15 minute shower at optimum temperature ? around 110 degrees ? with minimal downtime in between. An industry standard is around 5 gallons per minute (GPM) which is close to the flow rate of many modern showers. The math is simple: Less hot water heated, less gas used, less money spent.
2) Replace your windows: According to a recent study by the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy (ACEEE), about one-third of a home?s total heat loss occurs through a dwelling?s windows and doors. Air will bleed right through bad seals and eroded window frames. Modern replacement windows are engineered to keep your home warmer in winter and cooler in summer. Consumers should look for windows with triple glazing, sealed barriers with inert argon and krypton gas and those made of moisture resistant materials. Consumers are also urged to look for energy efficiency ratings for windows they intend to buy. It is a good rule of thumb to look for those with the lowest "U-Factor" of all windows tested by the independent National Fenestration Rating Council.

3) Consider photovoltaics: At a time when energy costs are a major part of a home budget, becoming more energy efficient is of the utmost importance. Passive solar panels not only help insulate your roof, but there are now photovoltaic designs that heat water and generate electricity. With today's designs approaching the break-even cost point against their historical fossil fuel competitors, the sun can be the best friend your house ever had. Costs have come down drastically and efficiencies have improved so much that your power company is probably already looking over their shoulder.
